DUST EXTRACTION
This type of system is beneficial to vehicle repair centres and bodyshops where the system is used in conjunction with sanding operations to contain dust to a centralized vacuum unit.
Various sizes of units can be installed within the workshop,depending on how many drops are required.The system consists of the main Dust unit connected to mainline tube or ducting at a recommended size with either fixed or semiflex drops around work areas.
Lightweight dust hoses are then connected to the drops with the use of hand or D.A. sanders to collect dust as work is carried out.
DUST MODULES
Another option to fixed or flexible drops is the use of a centralized module.These useful cube shaped modules come with twin or single hose connection,twin airline couplings,single 240volt or three phase 415volt sockets and air regulators to contain work area.
The dust hoses are supplied with either fixed or module type drops and can be supplied in various lengths but the most common is 7.5 metres.
TOOLS AND SERVICE
Bodyshop tools can be supplied by AQT to aid the use of your dust unit and the list below shows the various items available.
Dust unit service items such as filters and dust bags,Dust hoses,hand sanders,D.A. sanders,sanding pads and discs and polishing equipment.Most airline tools can also be supplied such as impact wrenches,air ratchets,air drills and other car body repair tools.
Most dust units require service intervals of either 6 or 12 month service times depending on how much the unit is being used.
AQT can offer this service as contract Service INTERVALS for your unit at a very competitive price to suit your budget.This service procedure is important to prolong filter life within the dust unit.

This example of a centralized vacuum unit can be connected to different variants of dust drops depending on the size of repair workshop or bodyshop were sanding is carried out.Other units which are smaller in kilowatt size are avaliable if a basic system is required.
